　　1. vigor&vigorous&Vigorously

　　记：viv（vig）：生命，力量：

　　Vigor：n. 活力，精力

　　SYN：energy

　　Vigorous：adj. 有力的，精力充沛的

　　SYN：energetic

　　Vigorously：adv. 精力旺盛地，活泼地

　　SYN：strong and healthy

　　例题 Given a year of favorable precipitation, such plants will develop vigorously and produce large numbers of flowers and fruit.

　　2. Sovereign /‘s?vr?n/

　　1）n. 君主；国王；女王

　　记：sover（super）+reign（v统治）：超越一切的统治=君主，国王

　　例题：Uruk, for instance, had two patron gods— Anu, the god of the sky and sovereign of all other gods, and Inanna, a goddess of love and war—and there were others, patrons of different cities.
